ARE YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS/AFTER HOURS?

Yes! We want to make production easier on you and realize most jobs don’t call and wrap between 9-5. Let us know when you need us and we’ll be there for you.

I Need to access my vehicle really early (or return really late). Can i get access in off hours?

Sure can! We have gate codes we can share to access our vehicles and door codes to accommodate off hours returns/pickups.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We do! IN fact - all of our vehicles are key code enabled allowing for remote drop offs of any vehicle package.

Can I Drive the convoy trucks/Vans?

While we love putting experienced drivers we trust in the vehicles, Anybody can rent the production trucks/Vans and G&E Sprinter. The G&E trucks do require a convoy certified driver on the project. We have certified grips, electrics and PA drivers available to help for whatever role you need fillled.

Can I store my truck or personal vehicle on your lot?

All CONVOY rentals can eb returned and stored in our gated lot for overnight parking at no charge. We are occasionally able to accommodate external truck rentals or personal vehicles, but lot availability will dictate what we can offer

Can I rent your office space for a PPM/Fitting?

Our internal team is constantly growing, so at the moment we are offering rentals of our office space for pre-production needs. We may not be able to offer this long term, but plan to build additional space in our next office to accommodate rental needs!

DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM RENTALS/DISCOUNTS?

Case by case. We are focused on the commercial industry, but when available, we will entertain long term films/shows.

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNTS?

Short answer - sometimes. Not all equipment is eligible and all student discounts are subject to availability. Full paying customers will always take priority. Insurance is required for all student projects.

DO YOU OFFER REGULAR DISCOUNTS?

We always try to work with our clients budgets as best we can. We always offer three day weeks on all gear (excluding trucks) to help make the numbers work. Contact us today to see what we can do for you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS for indie films and passion projects?

Case by case. similar to our student discount, full paying customers will always take priority.

DO WE HAVE TO HAVE INSURANCE?

For 99% of rentals - yes. If you need just a few sandbags or c stands we will not require insurance, but for any rentals with a larger value or a vehicle, insurance will be required. See our rental paperwork here for more on our requirements.
